After graduating with honors from the Department of Illustration at Shenkar College, Tel-Aviv, Moran has worked as an illustrator for BabyFirst TV channel's animation studio, and began producing illustrations for a variety of newspapers magazines, and began illustrating books for children and adults. Moran combines manual, old-school painting techniques (mostly using oil pastels) with digital work on the computer, enjoying the advantages that each world offers. Moran teaches sketching and visual interpretation, loves listening to jazz music and is addicted to his local Cinémathèque.
